Glenda Rogers

Glenda Lavell Rogers, 78, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2020 at her residence. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P. M. Saturday, March 7, 2020 at First Baptist Church, Clifton. 

Glenda Lavell Rogers was born on September 11th, 1941, in Durant, Oklahoma. At 78 years old, on March 1st, 2020, she departed from this Earth, to be reunited with her husband—Clarence (Sie) Delbert Rogers, brother—Ronnie Sweet, mother—Imogene Sweet, father—Doyle Sweet, and great-grandson—Taylor Brown. Glenda passed away at her youngest son’s home in Valley Mills, Texas, surrounded by her loved ones. Glenda was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She always was one to put her family before herself. She loved the Lord wholeheartedly. Glenda is survived by her older sister, Janell Mcintosh and two sons—Ricky Rogers, wife Denise Rogers, Russell (Rusty) Rogers, wife Tina Rogers. Grandchildren—Shonda Cannon, husband Dustin Cannon, Ryan Rogers, wife Natalie Rogers, Amber O’dell, Chelsea Burney, husband Bud Burney, Christopher Rogers, Traci Rogers, Holden Rogers, and Jacob Rogers. Great-grandchildren—Chris Brown, Halen Ruiz, Landan Burney, Wyatt Burney, Lillian Rogers, Kassidee Cannon, and Linda Burney.
