Florence L. Worley

Florence Louisa Worley, age 74, of Clifton, TX, passed away at home on August 24, 2022 after a long and brave battle with breast cancer.  She will be dearly missed and always remembered for her optimism and positive outlook on life.

Florence was born on August 11, 1948 to Buford and Leona Guisinger in Stockton, California.  She grew up on a dairy farm and loved riding horses. She had one son, Russell.  In 1983, she married the love of her life, Vernon Worley and they enjoyed 29 years of marriage.  They loved to travel and snow ski together.

She worked for many years for Clifton Family Chiropractic and cherished her work family, the Urbanovsky’s, as her own. She was a faithful member of Bosque County Cowboy Church.  Florence was beloved by her church family and their dedication to her was very evident throughout her illness.

Florence was preceded in death by her parents and husband Vernon.  She is survived by her son Russell Guisinger and wife Rebecca of Ohio, a grandson Shawn Cole of Ohio, sister-in-law Jane Spitzer of Tennessee, brother-in-law Joe Worley and wife Wilma of Paris, TX, and many nieces and nephews.
