William Lee Mclemore

July 21, 1927 — April 3, 2015

William McLemore, age 87, of Clifton passed away Friday morning, April 3, 2015 in Clifton Lutheran Sunset Home. A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 8, at Clifton Memorial Park.

William was born July 21, 1927 in Jonesboro, TX to Ivey Lee and Clemie McLemore. He joined the United States Armed Forces in 1945 with training in aircraft and engine mechanics. He has one son, Michael McLemore. William united in marriage with his wife Beverly in May of 2000.

Survivors include, wife, Beverly McLemore of Clifton; son, Michael McLemore of Clifton; brothers, Glenn McLemore of Waco, and Carl McLemore of Dallas; and two grandchildren.
