Joyce Jeanette Bevill

Joyce Jeanett Leverett – Bevill, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, peacefully at her home in Laguna Park, Texas, where she has lived the last 40 years. The daughter of J.H. Leverett and Pauline Rankin Leverett, she was born on May 17th, 1941, in Electra, Texas. Jeanett was 84 years young at the time of her passing.

Jeanett is survived by her brother Fred Leverett and her children Robert Hurley, Danny and Perla Hurley, Tammy and Mike Hurley-Halbert and Timothy Hurley (deceased). Jeanette has 10 Grand and 19 Great Grandchildren. Jeanette’s career choice was as a seamstress. Jeanette loved the outdoors, camping, hiking, fishing and family reunions. She loved her family and friends! Jeanette is loved and she will be missed every day!
