Jerry Wayne Noel, born on July 8, 1955, in Hale County, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 11 2024, in Clifton, Texas. A beloved figure to those who knew him, Jerry was raised in Hillsboro and Plainview, Texas, and attended school in Dumas, Texas. He dedicated his professional life to working as a bank equipment installer which was his own successful business, where his talent and determination shone brightly.

Jerry was a man of many passions, delighting in activities that brought joy not only to himself but also to those around him. He was known for his love of barbecue cook-offs, where his skills were showcased and enjoyed by friends and family. His creativity extended to woodworking, gardening, cooking, and baking—all endeavors in which he invested his full effort, demonstrating both talent and dedication. In addition to these hobbies, Jerry cherished the time spent hunting and fishing, always seeking adventure and new experiences.

He leaves behind a loving family who will deeply miss his presence. Jerry is survived by his son, Allen Noel and wife Sherry, and his daughter, Tina Rogers and husband Rusty. His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Kamon Ritterstokes, Derek Noel, Cody Noel, Eric Noel, Rebekah Martin, Traci Young, Lane Noel, Holden Rogers, and Jacob Rogers. Furthermore, he is also survived by his great-grandchildren, Bentley Noel, Weston Noel, Eli Noel, Bennett Martin, and Ryker Young.

Jerry was preceded in death by his devoted parents, Allen and Shirley (Cargill) Noel; his loving wife, Mary Noel; his brother, Ray Noel; and his sister, Theresa Peterson. Their memories remain cherished among his family, who honor the profound impact he had on their lives.

A memorial service in celebration of Jerry's life will take place on October 19, 2024, at Freedom of God Ministries in Woodway, Texas. The gathering will commence at 10:30 AM. This event will serve as a heartfelt tribute to a man whose passion for life and family will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

2nd Timothy 4: 7-8 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. From now on there is reserved for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will give me on that day, and not only to me but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
