Felicia Kelly Spanabel, 93, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Lutheran Sunset Ministries. She was preceded by her husband, Fred W. Spanabel; 4 brothers and 3 sisters. She is survived by one sister, Rose Sanchez, and her son, Billy James Spanabel. She will be buried in Walnut Springs, TX. A mass will be held after covid-19 has ended.
