Elizabeth Vallejo, born on September 10, 1963, in Abilene, Texas, departed from this world on November 7, 2025. Her journey in life was characterized by an unwavering dedication to her family, a tenacious spirit, and a selfless heart that touched the lives of many.

As a devoted mother, Elizabeth raised two sons, Eliazar and Christopher Vallejo, instilling in them the values of hard work and compassion. She was a person anyone could count on, always willing to lend a hand to those in need. Throughout her life, Elizabeth worked tirelessly, often juggling more than one job, to provide for her family. Her remarkable strength and resilience served as a foundation for her loved ones, guiding them through both the joys and challenges of life.

Elizabeth is survived by her mother, Ofelia Villarreal; her siblings, Anabel and Mariela Villarreal, along with her brothers Tony Villarreal, Ferman Villarreal, Jr., and Christobal Villarreal, who stood by her side throughout her life. Elizabeth was the proud grandmother to Angel Muniz, Eliazar Vallejo, Jr., and Eliana Rose Vallejo. She also leaves behind various nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ferman Salinas Villarreal, and her daughter-in-law, Roseana Muniz. The love shared among family will remain a lasting testament to Elizabeth’s nurturing spirit.

A visitation with family will take place at Clifton Funeral Home, located at 303 South Avenue F, Clifton, Texas, 76634. Family and friends are invited to gather on December 5, 2025, starting from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and again from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM to celebrate Elizabeth's life and legacy.

A Celebration of Life Mass will be held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday, December 6, 2025 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church at 404 Mesquite St. Glen Rose, TX, 76043.

Elizabeth Vallejo will be deeply missed and remembered for her unwavering love, her kind heart, and her extraordinary ability to uplift those around her. Her legacy of kindness and support will live on in the memories of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
