Doris Smith, 97, of Austin passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Gracy Woods Nursing Center in Austin. Arrangements are pending at this time.
Doris was born August 20, 1920 in Slaton, TX to Sterling Alexander and Sally (Boone) Peavy. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and daughters, Barbara Dunn and Margaret Stephens.
She is survived by her son-in-law, Jeff Stevens.
