Dolores Rosser Miller

Dolores Miller (Marek) 94 of Clifton, Texas passed away peacefully at home on October 17th.

Born in Dallas, Texas to George and Dorris Rosser, She is survived by her children Deborah Dawkins, William L Johnson III (Rebecca), Rebecca Anderson (Dee), George Johnson (Vicki) Benjamin Johnson (Jan), Stepsons Louis Miller (Betty) and Jerry Miller (Maribess), and her sister Dianne Young. She had 9 wonderful grandchildren and 15 beautiful great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by both parents, her brother Jack Rosser and 3 prior husbands, William Lee Johnson Jr, Clarence Miller, and Marvin Marek.

Dolores was known for her sharp wit, her love of animals, music, and flowers. She also loved to fish at lake Whitney, watch the KC Chiefs and spend time with her family.

A funeral will be held at Clifton Funeral Home (303 S. Ave. F, Clifton, TX 76634) on Saturday, October 24th. Visitation at 10am, Funeral at 11 followed by graveside at Clifton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Bosque Animal Rescue Kennels (BARK) (www.barkrescue.org).
