Delores was born in Hillsboro, on July 27, 1945, to Marvin Snellings and Bernice (Claridy) Snellings Brooks.
She is survived by a daughter, Robin Porter of Waco and a son, Daniel Hughes, of Mart; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; brothers, David Brooks of Clifton, Dale Brooks and Ron Brooks of Whitney; and sisters, Patty Lewing of Whitney and Debbi McGallian of Johnson City.
