Celia (Vega) Velasquez

Celia Velasquez, 57, of Clifton passed away Friday, September 27, 2019 at Seton Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, October 5, 2019 at the PIB Emanuel Church at 3342 FM 219, Clifton with Pastor Ike Longoria officiating. Burial will follow at Clifton Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Friday, October 4, 2019 at Clifton Funeral Home.

Celia was born on April 1, 1962 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. She was a great mother, sister, and aunt. To her family, she is considered as a kind, soft-spoken, and funny person. Her laugh could steal the hearts of those who were around her, but her smile is worth dying for. Peter 3:4 says “you should be known for the beauty that comes within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit which is so precious to God.”

God may have in his keepings, but we will forever have you in our hearts.
