Upon graduation, Bill married his lifetime love, Jane Craig, and together they started their 61 year journey of love and devotion.
Bill joined the Army shortly after their nuptials. He served for 2 years from 1962-64. The newlyweds were stationed in Yuma, Arizona during his time of service. Next, Bill and Jane moved to Austin where he completed his Civil Engineering degree at The University of Texas.
