Uvalde Hernandez Ybarra, 77, passed away peacefully with family by his side. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Clifton Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Full obituary forthcoming.
