Regina Gail (Allgood) Necessary

Regina Gail Necessary, 59, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, June 13, 2022 at the Church of Christ, Clifton. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. 

Regina Gail Allgood Necessary was born September 26, 1962 in Waco, TX to Darwyn and Debbie (Harley) Allgood. She grew up and graduated high school in Chilton, TX. She worked as a hairdresser in Waco, where she started her family before moving to Clifton in 1994. Over the years she worked at Gearench, Clifton Vet Clinic and Clifton ISD. She truly loved her work, and the many people she saw everyday. 

Regina became “Memaw” in 2014 and adored her grandchildren. They all looked forward to their weekly visits that often turned into sleepovers and some sort of craft project.

Regina was a woman of faith and had a servants heart. She was always ready to lend a helping hand. She enjoyed volunteering at the Central Texas Youth Fair and loved serving the church. She was known by all for her coconut cream and chocolate pies, and always brought them to any function that needed a good dessert. She loved animals- especially horses and her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents Darwyn and Debbie Allgood, father-in-love Maynard Necessary and niece Jessica Crocker.

She is survived by her daughters Andrea Necessary Gore and husband Justin, of Gatesville, Amanda Necessary of Fredericksburg, and Allison Necessary of Gatesville, her grandchildren Natalie and Colton Gore, brother Randy Allgood, mother-in-love LaNell Mueller, sister-in-love Michelle Crocker and husband, Kevin, nephews Justin Crocker and Braiden Allgood, numerous Grand-Dogs, and many other friends that she considered family.

Pallbearers will be Justin Gore, Robert Slaughter, Ely Long, Kevin Crocker, Justin Crocker, Justin Necessary, Tommy Compton.
