Obituary
Ernestina Chavez, 62, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. A Viewing for family and close friends will be held from 5:00-6:00 P.M. Friday, July 22, 2022 at Clifton Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 9:00 A.M. Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Clifton Funeral Home. A viewing for relatives and friends will immediately follow the service. Burial will be at 3:00 P.M. at Clifton Memorial Park.
The family will have a small get-together after the service at the First Baptist Church, Clifton fellowship hall, for anyone needing to drop off a dish, they may do so at the fellowship hall.
Ernestina was born on November 7th 1959 in Miguel Negrete Durango Mx. She came to Tx in 1992 where she worked at the Goodall-Witcher hospital for 14 years. Her favorite hobbies were cooking traditional dishes, knitting, caring for her plants, and spending time with her 7 grandchildren. She is survived by her 3 sons, Octavio Chavez, Omero Chavez, and Jose Chavez. Ernestina will be greatly missed by many friends and family.
