Carl J. Hogness

Carl Joseph Hogness, 67, passed away Saturday, July 11, 2020, at his residence. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, July 16, 2020, at Clifton Memorial Park. 

Carl was born on May 16, 1953, in California, but spent most of his life in Texas. On June 18, 1976, he married Donna Pedigo. For 30 years, Carl worked as an Alcohol and Chemical Dependency Counselor. He took pride in his work, it was very rewarding to him. He enjoyed riding his Harley and playing the guitar. About twice a year he liked to go play slot machines. 

Carl is survived by his wife of 44 years, Donna Hogness; son, John LeRoy Hogness; sisters, Jonelle Stroh, Kris Martin, and Jo Cottingim; grandchildren, Kaylee, Anthony, Ashlee, and Mathew; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
